It's funny that the host mentioned last-minute Christmas cocktails when I'm actually posting this up in the final 20 minutes of Christmas (at least on the East Coast). Anyway, these are pretty good. I know, more eggnog but still, this is good stuff. Also, that Tequila Flip is something I've never seen before.

How to make the Maple Eggnog
2 oz Bourbon 0.5 oz Olorosso Sherry 0.75 oz Robust Maple Syrup 1 oz Heavy Cream 1 Whole egg How to make a batched Maple Eggnog (12 servings) 6 eggs 9 oz robust maple syrup 6 oz Oloroso Sherry 18 oz Bourbon 18 oz Whole Milk 12 oz Heavy Cream Instructions: Whisk Eggs and Maple Syrup How to make the Tequila & Chocolate Flip 1.5 oz Reposado Tequila 0.5 oz Brown Cacao Liqueur 0.5 oz Averna 1 Whole egg In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and maple syrup until smooth and slightly frothy. Add Liquor and Mix Slowly add the Oloroso Sherry and Brandy, whisking continuously to combine. Incorporate Dairy Gradually whisk in the milk and heavy cream until the mixture is uniform. Chill and Serve Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled, with optional garnishes like grated nutmeg or cinnamon.
