This is a nice twist on a traditional Mai Tai. Definitely great for the holiday season!
Recipe
Base Layer 1.5 oz/45 ml White Rum 1 oz/30 ml Pineapple Juice .5 oz/15 ml Lime Juice .5 oz/15 ml Orgeat .25 oz/7.5 ml Simple Syrup Top Layer .5 oz/15 ml White Rum 1 oz/30 ml Pomegranate Juice Method 1. Add all of the ingredients to a shaker. 2. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds. 3. Fine strain into a coupe.
