I Invented New Holiday Classics (How To Drink)

 Pretty cool cocktails. Check them out! 


Kringle Collins: Build in shaker Add .5 oz. or 15 ml. Lime Juice .5 oz. or 15 ml. Lemon Juice 1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Cranberry Rosemary Syrup* 2 oz. or 60 ml. Gin Add ice and shake. Carbonate drink Pour into glass Garnish with a Lime Wheel and sprig of Fresh Rosemary *Cranberry Rosemary Syrup: In saucepan Add 1 part Fresh Cranberries 1 part Water 1 Part Sugar Handful of Rosemary Sprigs Boil until sugar is dissolved Strain into bottle Easier version: Replace Fresh Cranberries and Water with 1 part Cranberry Juice. Grannys Gingerbread-tini: Smash up some Graham Crackers into a powder Rim glass with Chocolate Syrup and Graham Cracker powder Build in shaker Add 1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Granny's Gingerbread Cream Liqueur 1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Cognac .5 oz. or 15 ml. Chocolate Liqueur Add ice and shake Strain into glass Garnish with a Candy Cane Santa Sour: Build in shaker. .5 oz. or 15 ml. Lemon Juice 1 oz. or 30 ml. Simple Syrup .75 oz. or 22 ml. Amaro Di Angostura 1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Bourbon 1 dash of Cardamom Bitters Egg White Dry Shake Add ice and shake again Strain into glass
