I love getting to know some of the history of these types of cocktails. With things focusing so much on sugar and color these days, it's very easy for the classic recipes to get lost in the sauce. I rarely drink Tequila sunrises, but this certainly takes the cake.
Recipe
1 1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz lime juice
3/4 oz Crème de Cassis
Top with 4 oz Club Soda
