This is certainly a nice lil remix to the Irish Coffee. I love the little nuances that make it more of a personal feel.
Recipe
¾ oz Irish whiskey
½ oz Baileys Irish Cream
1 scoop Coffee ice cream
1 ½ oz Cold brew coffee
Garnish: Whipped cream; Chocolate shavings
Glass: Georgian Irish Coffee mug
