Hot Toddy (How to Drink)

Recipe
2 oz. Whisk(e)y (I'm using Monkey Shoulder)
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
4 oz. near boiling water
Garnish with a lemon twist
