The Grinch Cocktail (Tipsy Bartender)

Dope concept and it looks pretty strong, but still has taste to it!

Recipe
1/2 oz. Absinthe
1 1/2 oz. Melon Liqueur
3 Lime Wedges Top with Ginger Ale
Rim: Green Sugar Garnish
Lime Wheel, Candy Cane
