How to Make the Ginger Snap Cocktail (Common Man Cocktails)

This sounds pretty amazing. It's the kind of cocktail I see myself having after a nice plate of Christmas dinner.

Recipe
1 oz Spiced Rum
1 oz Canton Ginger Liqueur
1/2 oz Half and Half
1/3 Stick of Cinnamon
