While this is one of the more simple Halloween cocktails I've seen, I certainly appreciate it because you get exactly what the name says. Plus, the Maraschino Cherry adds a great touch!
2 oz Vodka
2 oz Cranberry
Splash Ginger Ale
1 Tablespoon Dry Ice
Garnish: Maraschino Cherry
