Nitro Mojito (Tipsy Bartender)

This is quite the mojito with a twist!

Recipe
1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Simple Syrup
8 mint sprigs
Liquid Nitrogen
3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
2 drops Saline
Top with soda water
