White Russian Float (Tipsy Bartender)

Can't ever go wrong with a good White Russian libation. This just screams dessert with the ice cream.

Recipe
2 oz. Vodka
1 1/2 oz. Coffee Liqueur
2 oz. Half & Half
1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
