I certainly was like this a few years back especially when it came to Blue Curacao. I'm sure a lot of people still pronounce that wrong. I love these simple yet classy cocktails. Simplicity is sometimes the best.

1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
Club Soda

Now this is a cocktail loaded with a bunch of ingredients. I wonder what this tastes like?

1 ½ oz. Tequila
½ oz. Cointreau
½ oz. Applejack infused with Hibiscus
¾ oz. Lime Juice
¼ oz. (Simple Syrup
2 dashes chocolate bitters
2 drops Saline
Garnish: Dehydrated Hibiscus flower, Tajíin

Roasted Blueberry and Basil Margarita (Nikki Limo)

It's kind of cool that she's branching out into cocktail recipes. Not surprised cuz she was on quite a bit of episodes of Tipsy Bartender. I dig this recipe, though! And of course, her personality is always funny/quirky ;).

2 oz Grand Marnier
1 1/2 oz Tequila
2 oz lime juice
2 1/2 oz blueberry basil simple syrup
sliced lime + fresh blueberries and basil leaves for garnish
salt + sugar for the rim
