This is another great ginger cocktail that's quite the staple especially in these weird rainy months. I'm sure you've probably tried it before, but I'll put it down on hot wax, anyway. It has a bit of a remix kinda feel to it.
1.5 oz Vodka
Ginger Beer
Fresh Simple Syrup
Limes
Mint
