Another cool and short tutorial on the Mezcal side of things. Tequila is actually a type of Mezcal. However, Mezcal has more of a smoky flavor with it's property due to how it's distilled in more of a volcanic rock kind of environment rather a stone oven. I wish they would've talked about the Mezcal worm, but it's all good.
