The Passion Fruit Sour via Common Man Cocktails

I always love a classic style cocktail. Not too harsh and not too sweet. Just the right amount with the bitters and lime juice. A good rum is always a great component with some styling in the fresh juice/mix range.

Recipe
1 1/2 Oz. Aged Rum
3/4 Oz. Passion Fruit Syrup
3/4 Oz. Lime Juice
3 dashes orange bitters
Pinch of salt

Caribbean Style Long Island

I had the pleasure of tasting this libation about two weeks ago. Man, it was delectable. Think of a Long Island but a remix in ingredients.

1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Rum
1/2 oz Vodka
Triple Sec
Sweet and Sour
Pineapple Juice
Maraschino Cherries

Extremely tasty!!!!

Snow Lixir Rose Cocktail

This was another awesome cocktail I had the pleasure of tasting. Very soothing and frothy. Perfect for the winter time.
