Duplin Scuppernong Wine Review

I recently had this wine during the holidays and I have to say it's not half bad. I wasn't expecting it to be sweet seeing as it's not a moscato or Riesling. However, it was a bit pleasant. Definitely something I could drink from time to time after dinner. And still catch a little vibe.

The wine is based out of North Carolina. I'm more abreast to Californian and Argentine wines but still is not bad at all. The wine is made from muscadine grapes, which stems from the Southeast of the United States (particularly near the Scuppernong River in North Carolina).

The notes you get from the wine include: sweet, subtle, and a bit wild because of how it's grown.

I would have to give this an 8 out of 10. Not too shabby.
