Caramel Syrup
Splash of Vanilla Extract
1 oz Half and Half Milk
Homemade Whipped Cream
Heavy Whipping Cream
Splash of Bailey's
Vanilla Extract
Rim with Vanilla frosting and graham cracker crumbs, top with caramel syrup and graham cracker crumbs
