It's always interesting to see a sweet and sour or a sweet and spicy cocktail. You never know how different flavor profiles will either clash or mesh well in a cocktail. Here's the recipe:
2 oz White Rum
1/2 oz Royal Rose Three Chile Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Half Dropper Bittermens Xocolatle Mole
