Chocolate Bar Cocktail, Sugar Rush! (Common Man Cocktails)

Man, I know this is going to taste quite exceptional! I definitely have to try this out soon!

Recipe
1 oz. Coconut Rum
1 oz. Frangelico
1 oz. Irish Cream
1/2 oz. Creme de Cacao
6 oz. Chocolate Milk
