Pisco Sour - Peru - (International Week) via Tipsy Bartender

This is a classic Peruvian recipe and it's quite popular in Chile, too. So awesome to have Luz back in the fold as well.

1 1/2 oz. Pisco
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
Bitters
