Recipe
6-8 mint leaves
4 large strawberries, quartered
1.5 oz simple syrup (or 2 tsp sugar)
Add:
2 oz light rum
0.5 oz lime juice
cracked ice
Top with club soda
Garnish: mint sprigs and strawberry
