Montelobos Smoked Tea Sour Cocktail - The Proper Pour with Charlotte Voisey

Recipes
1 egg white
2 parts Montelobos Mezcal
3/4 part fresh lemon juice
3/4 part Lapsang Souchong Tea Infused Simple Syrup
