Zen Garden Cocktail - Kathy Casey's Liquid Kitchen - Small Screen

A very cool and well played cocktail.

Recipe
3 small pieces of celery
3 small chunks of lemongrass
3 slices of cucumber
1 1/2 oz gin
3/4 oz agave nectar
1/2 oz yuzu
1/2 oz sake
