German Chocolate Cake Martini via Tipsy Bartender

Recipe
1 1/2oz Cake Vodka
1/2oz Amaretto
2 1/2oz Milk
1 1/2 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
1/2 tbsp Caramel Syrup
1/2 tbsp Cream of Coconut
