This is interesting way to take in some Vodka. Eating some delicious food while drinking neat or even taking shots. Very early Russian/European culture. The Zakuski is a plat of cured meats and vegetables that are kind of like appetizers to the main dish sipped with fresh vodka. This is a cool little video.
