Ahhh! I know this here all too well! I actually made a crazy infusion using Coconut Vodka and Coconut Rum called the Tropical Storm. You may remember it.
This particular recipe infuses Jalapenos and Vodka. I've seen an interesting cocktail based of Jalapenos and Tequila called the Chipotle Margarita. Looked pretty interesting.
Ingredients:
1 Giant Jalapeño
Bottle of Vodka
Recipe
Jalapeño Martini
2 oz. (60 ml) Jalapeño Infused Vodka
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Jalapeño Olive Juice
