How to make the Bacardi Cocktail via Common Man Cocktails

This actually looks kinda insane with the whole Grenadine effect.

Recipe
2oz Bacardi Rum (Light/Superior)
1 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Grenadine
1 oz Water
