This looks amazing and the cocktail sounds pretty cool. I love Jamaican Rum and Appleton is definitely one of my favorites. I think XV would be a much better choice, though. However, the special is great for making cocktails. You can check out my post regarding that here and look at some other great rum punches.

1 oz. Kahlua
4 oz. Eggnog
