The Kalashnikov Cocktail Shooter via Common Man Cocktails

Now, this looks like a pretty strong shooter!

Recipe
3/4 oz. Vodka
1/4 oz. Absinthe
1/4 oz. Dark Rum
Slice of Lemon
Pinch of Cinnamon
Pinch of Sugar
