Pumpkin Punch Cocktail via Common Man Cocktails

Very interesting cocktail that I don't see much Pumpkin..hmm?

2 oz. Spiced Rum
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
4 Sugar Cubes
2 Whole Cloves
Pinch of Fresh Nutmeg
