In Soviet Russia, Tropical Drink You! via Common Man Cocktails

Tropical and vodka? Dunno if I get that vibe from this, but hey...looks interesting and I'm sure it's very sweet.

Recipe
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Coconut Rum
3 oz. Cranberry Juice
Fill with Orange Soda
