Biter cocktail via the Cocktail Spirit with Robert Hess

Very interesting and a bet it tastes a little bitter, too. Hmm.

Recipe
1 1/2 oz gin
3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz Chartreuse
1/4 oz simple syrup
dash Absinthe
