Liquid Indulgence - Kathy Casey's Liquid Kitchen - Small Screen

Now, I've seen some Spiked Milkshakes or Spiked Ice Creams. But this is a bit more sophisticated. The ingredients are a little bit more flavorful and a bit more bourgeois? LOL. Anyway, this is a great dessert treat. You'll definitely love it!



Recipe:
1 1/2 cups ice
2 shots espresso, cooled (about 2 1/2 ounces)
1 cup high quality vanilla cream
4 Tbsp. caramel sauce
----------------------------
4 ounces Mezcal
Fleur de sal for garnishing

Honestly, I still would use a rum or vodka, but this definitely gives it a very unique flavor. Enjoy!
