How to make Jolly Rancher vodka via Common Man Cocktails

I've definitely seen this a number of times, but this is cool because it's more in-depth. I gotta make this one day.

* Five small bottles of vodka (e.g. 375ml) or 5 empties
* A bag (or two) of Jolly Ranchers
* Fingers (to unwrap them all)
