How to Choose a Glass for Your Cocktail - The Cocktail Spirit with Robert Hess
I touched on it briefly when talking about the Wine Glasses. But choosing the right glass is imperative. Let's take for example red wine. You want the glass to be a bit more robust because you want to see the legs, the aroma of the cocktail, this that and the third. Also, for a mixed drink, you might want to use a longer glass not for the alcohol but for the mixer (whether it's cranberry, apple, or orange juice). It all really depends on the type of liquor and the build up.
