How To Make The Hennessy Shanghai via Common Man Cocktails

Very interesting name, but I wonder if the people of Shanghai are Cognac fans? Hmm, we shall see one day.

Recipe
1 1/2 oz Hennessy Cognac VS
3 1/2 oz Ginger Ale
Angostura Bitters
