How to make the Blue Murder Doll via Common Man cocktails

The name sounds very interesting, but I don't think it's especially potent. Still very cool looking, though.

Recipe:
2 oz Dry Gin
1 tsp Green Chartreuse
1/2 tsp Blue Curacao
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
