I definitely didn't even now the significance of July 31st, but this was some cool info I learned. An actual real Rum day for the sailors? Nice. You can only imagine how lively the barracks were on today. It does make sense, though. Pirates, Sailors? Yo, ho ho and a bottle of rum? Yes!
