Ok, I can think of a few reasons why this cocktail is titled "An Evening in Paris".
1.) The hype over the song, N**** in Paris.
2.) Diddy's last album was entitled "Last Train to Paris".
3.) Cîroc actually called (Cee-Roc) is a French Vodka made of Snap Frost grapes (Mauzac Blanc from the Gaillac region of France, and Ugni Blanc from the Cognac region).
With all the different mixing, I consider this a great cocktail for the ladies. Peach Ciroc is already pretty sweet as is, but the Vodka is definitely strong enough to get you buzzed. Trust me! I know! LOL. I think the soda as the topper def made it a bit stronger (carbonation brings out the alcohol more).
Here's the recipe:
2oz peach vodka
1oz pineapple juice
1oz orange juice
1/2oz fresh lemon juice
Top with Sprite (or 7 up soda)
2 teaspoons sugar
Honestly, I would def drink this without the sugar. Peach Ciroc is sweet enough on ice or with orange juice! I think I would have to make this drink like 2 1/2 o of Peach Ciroc to really down this. LOL.At any rate, excellent cocktail, Mr. Tipsy Bartender! Check out the video below, and check out my post "Peach Ciroc Cocktails" for more cool cocktails! Enjoy!

Diddy takes the Ciroc challenge with Ellen
I love these kind of taste tests. As you can see, Diddy is getting a little tipsy on stage. LOLOL. I mean, taking shots basically 45 seconds after each other. That's A LOT OF alcohol. People don't realize that a shot is basically 1.5 oz (enough for 1 full drink). Times that by 4, and yes, you'll be a bit buzzed. It creeps! Ciroc is definitely my favorite vodka. I've had the nastiest (Rikaloff) to the premiums such as Grey Goose, Belvedere and of course, Ciroc. One thing I can definitely say is that Ciroc has the most distinctive flavor, period.
What you get is the beautiful flavor of snap frost grape with some earthly tones. It goes down really smooth and has a little bit of a bite to let yo uknow you are drinking real alcohol. Whether it's neat, on ice, or mixed. It's perfect. In fact, check out a post I made from my friend's Peach Ciroc mix. She put up a dope YouTube video that has a lot of views! Check out the taste test below:

Jermaine Dupri 1414 "The Crown Life" Tour - Part 1 and 2
Jermaine Dupri has a long running history in the music industry ever since he set foot in the background for Whodini's popular hit "Freaks Come Out At Night". He's made tremendous number 1 records for popular artists such as Usher, Mariah Carey, Kris Kross, and Bow Wow to name a few. What this whole thing culminates is "The Crown Life". Basically, it's a promotion to one of the more popular whiskeys out there. A Canadian whiskey if you will. I'm not one for dark liquor for the most part (Whiskey, Scotch etc), but Crown Royal was the first dark liquor I actually enjoyed trying.
Jermaine Dupri has a special drink called the "1414". It's named after his tour in which he has a site called Global 14, and you can check out some cool footage from his vlog called "Living the Life" on my other blog. At any rate, what the 1414 consists of is a mix:
1 1/2 ounces of Crown Royal Black
1 oz of Cranberry Juice
1 oz of Pineapple Juice
A dash of Ginger Ale
It's a pretty cool mix actually, and it turns into a pretty red color. The tour of 1414 kicks off in different cities along the East Coast, and a few in the Midwest. Definitely take a look at this Crown Life! Also, check out the 1414 mix after the footage. Enjoy!

Do I mix or not mix my drinks? That is the question.
I wouldn't call myself an alcohol expert by any means, but my palette for spirits especially has definitely grown into a more mature kind of taste over the past few years. I've definitely become accustomed to mixed drinks, but at the same time I'm growing a good appreciation for having them neat or on ice.
Imho, it honestly depends on the drink and your palette. There are certain drinks out there that should not be mixed or with very little mixed. Take a fine rum, whiskey, scotch. Normally, these are aged for a certain number of years. Take for example a 21 year old Appleton Rum. This is in a serious class on it's own. Of course, it has a bite, but it's alcohol. It's supposed to...However, the taste, the aroma, the body, and of course, the smoothness..all plays a part into its finish. That's why you can drinking it neat or on ice. It's a sipping drink (meaning you can drink it straight no chaser). Now, take another rum such as Bacardi. While it might not be the greatest for sipping alone, it is an EXCELLENT choice for mixing purposes. For example, you can make different things such as a Mojito, Rum Punch, Pina Colada or any other kind of popular rum mix. Maybe a classic dark Jamaican rum would set you straight for a mixed drink called the Hurricane!
Vodka can be a very funny subject to take. Vodka has a lot of options. You can either get it as a neutral spirit (no general flavor), or you can get them flavored. Personally, I like unflavored vodkas. Most flavored vodkas have a very nasty after taste in my opinion. There are only a few vodkas out there I could drink with flavor and Ciroc being the main one. Why? Because the taste does not deteriorate. The taste is smooth and keeps with the essence of the snap frost grape. For mixing purposes, Vodka is one of the best alcohols out there to mix as there are a TON of drinks. One of my personal favorites with regular vodka is a screwdriver. Orange Juice isn't necessarily and or necessarily sour, it has the perfect taste to mix because vodka is a more neutral based spirit.
Where as a classic whiskey, scotch, or cognac is more of a type of drink that has enormous flavor. The darker liquors normally have tons more in them to develop a certain taste. The finer and more expensive, the less you should touch it (meaning mix). Save those for a nice glass of ice. Serve it on the rocks. Check out a few clips below so you can kind of get my meaning.
Should you trust a bartender with your credit/debit card?
Often times, I really don't like dealing with cash when I'm out. I'd much rather use my debit card. However, being at the bar is the exception. I'd much rather use cash. Why? well, at a high intensity bar, a lot can happen to be honest..your card could get lost, you could get intoxicated to the point where you are overtipping, buying other drinks, and your close out for the night can be something rather serious.
However, I'm not an ordinary cat. LOL. A few tips you should always do to make sure you are good to go.
1.) Make sure that the bartender is rather close. You can watch him/her swipe your card and see how much the drink, and give a proper tip.
2.) Set a budget for yourself. If you are more of a rail drink kind of person, and you know your limit to how good you want to feel, set that. Maybe you want to have a few top shelf drinks. Put that into effect. That way when you get the bill at the end of the night, you aren't shook.
3.) Check your statement! If you know your card has been stolen, or they lost it and gave themselves a generous tip. Always, always check your statement. Changes are you can get your money back with an honest explanation. At the very least, cancel your card. Make sure everything is safe and secure.
Identify theft or people stealing from your personal account is not a cool thing. Trust me. That's happened to me a few years ago as someone took nearly 200-300 dollars from me. Luckily, I was able to secure it back in a few weeks because I tracked the person and got at it really early. Don't let that person be you. Be very mindful of what you are doing, where your card is at during your drink purchases.

How to make Bacardi 151 Valentine's Day Chocolates TipsyBartender style
The Tipsybartender comes up with yet another delectable yet tipsy concoction!
I have to say this is one of the best alcohol based candies I've ever seen. Normally, you expect some regular Godiva bourgeois type ish, but this STEPS it up a whole OTHER LEVEL! Bacardi is not quite as strong as Everclear, but it's still STUPID strong! LOLOL.
If you are looking for that right treat to set the mood, this is the candy for you, homeboys and homegirls. Check out the recipe below:
Ingredients: Bacardi 151, Bailey's Irish Cream, Kahlua, and Molding Chocolate.
1st: Get your chocolate melts and put them in a squeeze bottle.
2nd: Let them melt in a hot pot of water (be very careful when handling these).
3rd: Pour some of the liquid into a heart shaped mold (not too much). Just enough to spread out into the mold.
4th: Put the mold into the freezer for about 10 mins. Take it out.
5th: Pour equal parts of Kahlua and Baileys in a mixing cup. Then pour a bit over 3 ounces (or 2 shots) worth of Bacardi 151. Trust. This is all you will need because 151 is a VERY potent.
6th: Get some good powered sugar. Not only will it make the liquid not soo runny, but it will mask a bit of the alcohol taste.
7th: Pour the liquid right into the mold then put it in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
8th: Reheat the chocolate you used in the squeezer to top off the mold.
9th: Put the molds back in the freezer for 10 minutes. Drizzle the white or dark chocolate over the candy. Enjoy!

How To Make The Nordic Death
Now this is a pretty profound mix. If you ever wanted to mix up a crazy cocktail with a hint of "blood", this would be the one for you. I like the idea, but I think they shoulda had this for a Halloween type theme. It would've been a lot better. Also, I like the fact that they are using Crystal Head Vodka (which is actually owned by Bill Murray - Ghostbusters..how suiting, right?). It definitely adds to the mystique of the drink. Let's get down to the actual recipe, shall we?
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Raspberry Liqueur
1/2 oz. Melon Liqueur
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
Top with Lemon-Lime Soda
Dash of Grenadine
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Raspberry Liqueur

Diddy Announces Ciroc Super Bowl Commercials
You already know how crazy Diddy is with his commercials. He's the perfect promo kind of guy, and in fact - I do have a couple minis of Ciroc Coconut. LOLOL. But to really show y'all how much of a Ciroc boy I am, peep this:
Although, this pic was taken by my homie @therealzigzag. Those are all my bottles! LOL.
At any rate, check out the vid below..as soon as Diddy posts up some videos, I will be doing the same. Enjoy! #CirocBoys. Oh yeah, in the meantime, catch the throwback of the Diddy Jump Bull commercial!

The tastyness of Appleton Rum
Ok, so I've posted things such as Captain Morgan, Bacardi, and other rums like that. Those are cool, but Appleton Rum is something very special. There's a reason why artists such as Biggie Smalls (RIP) bragged about Jamaican Rum. Today, I had the pleasure of trying Appleton Rum. It was on sale at the local liquor store, and the price is a bit more than you would for any other popular rum you may have tried, but for a good reason! It's incredible. I feel like my taste palette has gone way up!
All right, first off - when you look at the body, it gives off a very cool cognac feel. Almost like the vibe of a thick woman with the right figure kind of shape. At first, I opened up the bottle and smelled it. It has a great body..almost like that of a cognac. You get a lot of great aroma..vanilla, molasses, a bit of a darker and more aged rum unlike other typical ones. I took a sip of my Appleton, and was just like wow. A little bite, but a great smoothness. Something, a bit different, a bit classier than other rums out there. Needless to say, I was rather impressed. Also, I mixed it with cranberry juice (just a splash). It was INCREDIBLE! This is when I realized this is more like a fine cognac or whiskey with a classic cranberry juice vibe. Also, it goes great with Pineapple Juice (obviously, the rum and pineapple juice mix works). If you are looking to mix with a soda or something else, this is NOT the rum for you. Save that for the Captain Morgan, Bacardi, etc.
Check out a cool clip of rum tasting, and how a cat from Jamaica describes the delectable taste of rums including the Appleton. Enjoy!

Alien Brain Hemorrhage - TipsyBartender
Now this is a cool yet ugly looking drink! LOL. Seriously, if you've seen anything involving brains such as Aliens or any other movie, you'll get a kick out of this one.
I'll tell u, the way the Bailey's Cream curdles is quite ridiculous, but gives it the cool, brain hemorrhage affect. Pretty dayum dope if you ask me. Here's how to make the recipe:
Peach Schnapps
Baileys
Blue Curacao
Grenadine
Not for nada, Mallorie takes this shot like a G!!! In fact, she took 3 of em! I like her! Shoutout to Skyy John!!
The One-Eyed Purple People Eater Cocktail
This is a very unique cocktail from Everyday Drinkers. I think the effect with ice that has holes in it definitely makes this cocktail stand out a bit more with the dark blue/purple look to the drink. I get this vibe of an old school monster with 3 eyes going down the body and kind of flickering..lol. Here's the recipe for these deranged, dark looking cocktail:
1 oz. Blue Curacao
1 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Cherry Rum
2 oz. Sweet and Sour mix
1/2 oz. Grenadine
Top with Lemon-Lime Soda
Looks pretty thorough, but apparently it tastes like Cherry Lemonade. Hmm, this might have to be a cool halloween party drink later this year. Peep the video:
