How To Make The Grand Thanksgiving

First off, the name just sounds EPIC!

2nd of all, a bit pricey!

Here are the ingredients:

1 1/4 oz. Ketel One Oranje
1/4 oz. Grand Marnier
1/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Ginger Ale
